hello, lovelies.
yesterday was amazing.
i was the happiest i have been for quite a while
- happy, not just content.
i got that feeling you get when you're just laying there in the grass next to your best friend, simply asking stupid questions and watching the clouds as they roll by, having a real and true lazy sunday.
i swear, i still haven't been able to wipe the smile off of my face.
it doesn't take a lot to make me scarily happy.
a hug that makes you feel like nothing can go wrong, at least while you're still in it;
a few good hours of writing;
finding out that your friend absolutely loves the cd you gave him for christmas, even though you were super skeptical about it;
being able to sit and talk for hours about nothing in particular;
somebody knowing the exact words to say, right when you need them...
sweets is really good at that last one. at least, with me he is.
he knows i'll probably be going back to a school i don't like this year, and he says he's going to try and make it better for me, by trying to make it so that we can hang out more, just to make me happier...
he gets his license in january or february, so it'll be a little easier after that...
he's a good "older brother", even if i do have to remind myself sometimes that that is what he is to me.
tomorrow is going to be amazing as well - i finally get to go to my john mayer concert!!!!! it's here it's here it's finally here!!!!
so, por favor, do not knock me down off of this happy cloud i happen to be sitting on.
